SWAP units are phones that are hold by Nokia service points for warranty exchanges and thus all phones are without battery cover or other accessories. Original photos for your reference are attached. These phones are directly from a German Vodafone service center and most of them are unlocked/never locked. However, some (low end) phones may have a VF lock, which can be unlocked at the vodafone.de website (we do not test each phone for that due to the low prices)."
