Removes tarnished oxide deposits on metals
Dissolves salts insoluble in ordinary water. The deposits on the metals of the elements are most often oxides, but also the accretions include: hydroxides, carbonates, sulfides. Contrary to appearances, the stainless metals of which the ultrasonic cleaner are made are also subject to corrosion, especially pitting. By using fluids without an inhibitor, you run the risk that one day all the fluid will leak out of the washer through a hole smaller than the pinhead.
