The Aoyue Station Int. 732 connects a big Preheater with a high power Quartz Top Heater (Gun) and lead-free soldering station.

With this station is possible to carry out 3 types of repairs on game stations.

• With the internal temperature sensor you can reball or resolder already soldered chipsets
• With the external temperature sensor you can control the manual rework process yourself
• The fully automatic reflow process can also be employed by the user.

By means of sensors, which can be attached to the PCB, a precise temperature control is posible, this reduces temperture-induced PCB board damages.
Two sensors are used to monitor and control the temperature, a further sensor serves for monitoring other areas of the PCB, that possibly contain temperature-sensitive components.

The infr-red soldering has the following advantaged and disadvantages.

• Temperature of the largest SMDs (high pin count ICs) is the lowest

Disadvantages:
• Temperature profile necessary.
• Temperature of the single components can vary significantly. Small SMDs, for example single semiconductors can be easily overheated.
The Aoyue 720 is an ingenious Rework System as handy as a tool. It can be used to process micro BGA components in mobile phones computers, telephones, video game consoles etc. Handling and operation are simple to come to grips with and the station runs safely and efficiently. This station enables high performant rework applications for most modern systems like: BGAs, BGAs SMDs, SMT Connectors without overheating these components. The heat is generated by means of infrared waves (IR) and not with conventional hot air. The moving and placing of the components can be achieved without protection shield or other tools becuase no air flow is used for soldering.

The LED and BGA Rework Station ZM R720 is suitable for LED lamp beads repairing, size of micro LED components not less than 0.6*0.6mm can be repaired. Suitable for LED lamp beads of tape packaging and bulk materials, Also any BGA and components which are difficult to repair. The LED and BGA Rework Station ZM R720 uses high solution optical alignment system, accurate LED components positioning, ensure precise mounting. Optical alignment is controlled electrically, and can rotate automatically. A mounting head built-in pressure testing device is fitted to protect the PCB. The LED and BGA Rework Station ZM R720 comes with a built-in infrared laser positioning for fast positioning of the PCB. The ZM R720 is fitted with HIWIN precision guide rail for up and down movement system, ensure reliable and accurate running. The system adopts an up and down alignment for top and bottom heater. Heating for appointed local zone prevents PCB to turning yellow. Bottom heater up and down can be manually adjusted for heating height real time. LED and BGA Rework Station ZM R720 has ceramics infrared radiator for IR heater, heating stably and uniformly which preserves the life. Human-machine interface has multiple operation mode and permission, soldering, desoldering and mounting manually for easy operation. The LED and BGA Rework Station ZM R720 has a high resolution touch screen, which is up to 800*600 pixels. A joystick control for alignment system is used and so no need for setting complicated parameters. A Delta double ball bearing flow fan for air supply is used and so no need for an external air source. Adopts DCCE 6 channel module for temperature control system, automatic PID adjustment. Monitoring heaters real time, when accident happens, relevant sensors will send signal to PLC, which will close output channel and display fault condition.

This station is microprocessor controlled. The Aoyue 9000A is an ingenuous and sophisticated rework system. Micro BGA assemblies from mobile phones, computers, telephones and game consoles can be processed safely and effectively by using this performant station. Handling and operation are simple to come to grips with. This station enables the user high-performance rework applications on modern systems like: BGAs, BGAs SMDs, SMT connectors without overheating these components. The station uses heat wave technology (IR) instead of the conventional hot air. the palcement of the components is achieved without using protective shield or other tools because no air flow is used for soldering. By non-contact measurement the soldering and desoldering temperature is determined (at the IR-light source and the quartz preheater), simple, fast and safe. After being sucessfully soldered out BGAs can be soldered again in place. No expensive nozzles are needed, the unit is complete and fully operational. Due to the adjustable PC-board surface preheater the user can avoid misplacing the components or their distortion. Using this rework system is as simple as placing components on an empty pc board. The built-in vacuum placer facilitates the removal of the components to be desoldered.
