This delivery method allows you to receive your parcel within 24/48 hours (calculating as the starting date the date of dispatch and not of the order and considering only working days). If your order is placed before 12pm, it will be prepared within the same day, subject to the product you ordered being available in stock. Shipping costs depend on the product you choose. The delivery deadlines mentioned on pds.com.gr are indicative and may possibly be modified.
DULGERIDIS PAVLOS & CO. E.E. is not considered responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or loss of your parcel by the carrier or to an unforeseeable, superior and insurmountable reason following a court order. If the parcel is not received within the stated deadlines, an inquiry is made to the carrier and lasts up to 15 days.
During this period, no refunds or reshipments will be possible. Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and indicate, in the opposite case, in the form of handwritten observations after signature, any anomaly that exists.
You must also confirm these comments by email on the same day or, at the latest, one business day after receiving your order. Any application made outside this deadline will not be accepted and exempts DOULGERIDIS PAVLOS & SIA E.E. from any liability to the Customer.
