The return of products will only be accepted for products that are in their original condition, with their original packaging, accessories and instructions for use. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Additional information may be requested or required to validate your purchase. Therefore, and in order to avoid any delay, we invite you to place your order using - a registered or professional email address (such as AOL, OTENET, FORTHNET,...). - a landline number (work or home) so that we can contact you at any time. In addition, for every order whose amount exceeds the limit set by DOULGERIDIS PAVLOS & SIA E.E. (700 euros), you will be asked to send an ID card by fax, email or post. We assure you that these measures demonstrate our will to protect our customers from potential fraud.
According to the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have 154 days to allow us a product that does not satisfy you. Within this period, you may return the product at your own expense, accompanied by the proof of purchase or shipping slip fully completed and signed. Please return the product as a registered parcel and choose a declared value shipment that represents the cost of the products you are sending. This is necessary in case of theft or loss by the transport services. In any case, the return is made at the expense of the Customer. Any product that is damaged, or whose packaging is damaged, will not receive a refund. If the returned product is incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied according to the diagnosis carried out by the After Sales Department (SAV).
The return deadline mentioned above counts from the day of delivery of the order. The right to return the order is carried out without additional charges except for the shipping costs (unless the product proves to be defective, in which case the return costs are assumed by DOLGERIDIS PAVLOS & SIA E.E. upon presentation of the proof of shipment.

Only the return of the products that are in perfect condition in their original packaging and with complete contents (parts, instructions for use, etc.) will be accepted. Without completing the relevant RMA form .
