By controlling the position of the touch screen and precise temperature control three heating surfaces, replacement of systems it becomes extremely simple. The sensor system makes it possible to observe the process, and the extra equipment makes it an attractive station in this price range.
Device includes a touch screen and microprocessor control of soldering process. Monitor shows a three temperature graphs, giving a view on actual values, thereʼs a possibility of analyzing its process after it has finished, even on PC, by connecting via USB port.
Every solder profile have from 8/6 temperature sections. Perfect temperature control system assures a successful solder.
Ability to save up to 50 profiles of soldering processes. After the process is complete, you can analyze its proceed.
Three separate space heating surfaces: first and the second ones are a hot air inflow and the third one is the quartz heater. The top heating element is regulated at each surface, and the bottom one is height adjustable. The third surface heats a board, reducing a tension over a large area and lowering the temperature required for proper solder of the element.
Alarm turns on after finishing of desoldering and soldering. When the temperature goes out of control, the electric circuit can be automatically cut off by a protection system against excessive heat.
Strong transverse fan cools the PCB board automatically after use to prevent a deformation of PCB and protecting a reballing effect by reducing the time of heat influence on the board to a minimum.
Handle of the motherboards are equipped with a V-groove, which provides a fast and stable installation of the panels and a large range of adjustments.
Due to the high power, device is adapted to work with a large motherboards made in the both lead and lead-free solder technology.
The hot air nozzle using the magnetic technology replacement can freely rotate at 360° and can easily be set.
Station includes the CE, emergency switch and double protection against an overheating.
