PCBs and plates can be easily and safely fixed with the Aoyue 328 Working Platform without using a "third hand" that could damage components or other circuit paths. The brass spindle of the Working Platform can be adjusted by means of knurled plastic wheel. The Working Platform has more storage possibilities for tools (see product pictures) so that the working place is tidied up and the tool is always there where it is needed. The jaws (metal plate holder) of the Working Platform are not made of plastic but of metal so that when hot air is applied no damage may occur.

• Τι είναι ο καθαρισμός με υπερήχους ;
• Ο καθαρισμός με υπερήχους είναι η νέα, επαναστατική μέθοδος καθαρισμού που αναιρεί όλα τα δεδομένα στον τομέα του καθαρισμού.
• Επιτυγχάνει τον εις βάθος καθαρισμό μιας πληθώρας αντικειμένων που δεν θα μπορούσαν να καθαριστούν τόσο καλά με καμία από τις υπάρχουσες συμβατικές μεθόδους καθαρισμού.
• Προσφέρει τέλεια αποτελέσματα τόσο στις απλές όσο και στις πιο απαιτητικές περιπτώσεις.
• Πως λειτουργούν οι υπέρηχοι στον καθαρισμό ;
• Ο καθαρισμός με υπερήχους εφαρμόζεται σε ειδικά μηχανήματα / δεξαμενές. Στις δεξαμενές υπάρχει ειδικό υγρό διάλυμα στο οποίο η γεννήτρια υπερήχων (μια συσκευή μηχανικής δόνησης) δημιουργεί θετικά και αρνητικά κύματα εναλλασσόμενης πίεσης, σε μια διαδικασία γνωστή ως σπηλαίωση. Εκατομμύρια μικροσκοπικές φυσαλίδες δημιουργούνται, οι οποίες, συνεχώς αυξανόμενες, καταρρέουν προς τον πυρήνα τους και απελευθερώνουν μια πολύ μεγάλη ποσότητα ενέργειας.
• Η θερμοκρασία μέσα σε μια φυσαλίδα σπηλαίωσης μπορεί να είναι εξαιρετικά υψηλή, φτάνοντας τους 3.000 ºC και με πίεση που φτάνει μέχρι τα 10.000 PSI. (Σημείωση : Οι συνθήκες αυτές (θερμοκρασίας και πίεσης) δημιουργούνται στιγμιαία και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θέτουν σε κίνδυνο το αντικείμενο υπό καθαρισμό ή τον χειριστή του μηχανήματος (ο οποίος – σημειωτέον – μπορεί να βυθίσει τα χέρια του μέσα στη δεξαμενή κατά τη διάρκεια του καθαρισμού ανά πάσα στιγμή και χωρίς κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα!).
• Η κατάρρευση των φυσαλίδων, όταν συμβαίνει κοντά σε σκληρή επιφάνεια, μετατρέπει τη φυσαλίδα σε μια δέσμη εκτοξευόμενης ποσότητας περίπου στο ένα δέκατο του μεγέθους της φυσαλίδας, που ταξιδεύει με ταχύτητες ως και 400 χλμ. την ώρα προς τη σκληρή επιφάνεια. Με το συνδυασμό πίεσης, θερμοκρασίας και ταχύτητας, η δέσμη αποδεσμεύει τις ρυπογόνους ουσίες από το υπόστρωμα μέσα σε ελάχιστο χρόνο.
• Εξαιτίας του πολύ μικρού μεγέθους της δέσμης και της σχετικά μεγάλης ενέργειας, ο καθαρισμός με υπέρηχους έχει τη δυνατότητα να φθάνει σε πολύ μικρές εσοχές και να αφαιρεί τους ρύπους που έχουν εγκλωβιστεί, πολύ αποτελεσματικά.
• Ένα εξαιρετικό παράδειγμα αυτού του φαινομένου είναι το εξής : παίρνουμε δύο επίπεδες πλάκες μικροσκοπίου, βάζουμε κραγιόν σε μία από αυτές, τοποθετούμε τη μία πλάκα πάνω στην άλλη (με το σημάδι του κραγιόν να είναι στο εσωτερικό) και τις τυλίγουμε με ένα λαστιχάκι. Όταν οι πλάκες τοποθετηθούν στη δεξαμενή υπερήχων με λίγο ουδέτερο χημικό προϊόν καθαρισμού και ζεστό νερό, μέσα σε λίγα δευτερόλεπτα, η διαδικασία της σπηλαίωσης θα αφαιρέσει το κραγιόν ανάμεσα από τις πλάκες. Αυτό οφείλεται στην ισχυρή δράση της δέσμης και του εξαιρετικά μικρού μεγέθους της που το καθιστά δυνατό.

• Πού μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί ο καθαρισμός με υπερήχους ;

ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΕΣ ΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΜΟΥ ΕΡΓΑΛΕΙΩΝ
Ο καθαρισμός των εργαλείων, μετά τη χρήση τους, είναι μια διαδικασία άκρως απαραίτητη, διότι οποιαδή-ποτε τεχνική απολύμανσης ή αποστείρωσης αδυνατεί να μεγιστοποιήσει τις δυνατότητές της και να παράξει στείρο αποτέλεσμα, αν οι επιφάνειες επί των οποίων αυτή λειτουργεί δεν είναι καθαρές και απαλλαγμένες ξένων σωμάτων και ουσιών. Τα εργαλεία χειρός, μετά τη χρήση τους και μέχρι να καθαριστούν και να συσκευαστούν για αποστείρωση, οφείλουν να τοποθετούνται σε ειδικό πλαστικό δοχείο, όπου θα παραμένουν εμβυθισμένα σε κάποιο κατάλληλο καθαριστικό/απολυμαντικό/αντιμικροβιακό διάλυμα, για διαφορετικό κάθε φορά χρόνο, με βάση τη σύνθεση του καθαριστικού αλλά και τις οδηγίες των κατασκευαστών, το οποίο θα προκαλέσει την καταστροφή ή αδρανοποίηση μεγάλου μέρους παθογόνων μικροοργανισμών. Η εμβύθιση των εργαλείων στα υδατικά αυτά διαλύματα θα αποτρέψει επίσης την καθήλωση των οργανικών ρύπων, κυρίως αίματος, σάλιου και πύου και θα αποδομήσει ένα μεγάλο φάσμα από τα προσκολλημένα, επί των εργαλείων, οδοντιατρικά υλικά (κονίες, φυράματα κ.λπ.).
Για την περίπτωση κατά την οποία δεν είναι εφικτή ή δεν κρίνεται σκόπιμη η εμβύθιση των εργαλείων σε υγρά διαλύματα, προτείνεται ο ψεκασμός τους με ειδικά καθαριστικά, απολυμαντικά διαλύματα με τη μορφή αφρού, τα οποία εμποδίζουν την ξήρανση του αίματος και των άλλων βιολογικών υγρών και παραγώγων, διευκολύνοντας αργότερα τον μηχανικό καθαρισμό τους. Αφού παραμείνουν τα εργαλεία στα διαλύματα, για χρονικό διάστημα που ορίζεται από τους κατασκευαστές, πρέπει να καθαριστούν με τη βοήθεια κατάλληλων απορρυπαντικών, με την τεχνική του μηχανικού καθαρισμού. Πολύ συχνά, τα εργαλεία καθαρίζονται χειρωνακτικά, μέθοδος η οποία θεωρείται απαρχαιωμένη, καθώς εμπερικλείει σοβαρότατους κινδύνους, όπως είναι η πρόκληση τραυματισμών, η εκτόξευση βιολογικών υγρών στα μάτια και η μόλυνση του περιβάλλοντα χώρου. Είναι δε απόλυτα τεκμηριωμένο ότι η μέθοδος αυτή υπο-λείπεται ποιοτικά σε σύγκριση με τον μηχανικό καθαρισμό.Ο μηχανικός καθαρισμός διακρίνεται σε δύο φάσεις:α. τη φάση των λουτρών υπερήχων,β. τη φάση της μηχανικής πλύσης των εργαλείων.Τα λουτρά υπερήχων είναι κατάλληλα σχεδιασμένες συσκευές στις οποίες τοποθετούνται διάφορα καθαριστικά ή αντιμικροβιακά διαλύματα τα οποία παράγουν δισεκατομμύρια φυσαλίδων, οι οποίες ρήγνυνται και δημιουργούν τεράστιες περιδινίσεις στην επιφάνεια των εργαλείων, με βάση τις αρχές του φαινομένου της σπηλαίωσης. Ως σπηλαίωση περιγράφεται το φαινόμενο που εμφανίζεται στις έλικες/προπέλες ενός σκάφους, όταν, λόγω της περιστροφικής κίνησης της πτερωτής και της διαφοράς πίεσης που δημιουργείται, παράγονται φυσαλίδες αέρα. Το φαινόμενο αυτό προσομοιάζει με εκείνο του βρασμού, αλλά χαρακτηρίζεται και από την εμφάνιση « θορύβου» στη φάση της κατάρρευσης των φυσαλίδων. Οι περιδινίσεις αποσπούν τα ξέσματα και τα πήγματα από την επιφάνεια των εργαλείων, καθαρίζοντας έτσι τις επιφάνειες αυτές.

Ανάλογα με το χρησιμοποιούμενο απολυμαντικό διάλυμα επιλέγεται ο χρόνος δόνησης, η συχνότητα αλλά και η θερμοκρασία του λουτρού. Οι τρεις αυτές παράμετροι, εφόσον ρυθμισθούν σωστά, είναι ικανές να επιφέρουν ένα εξαιρετικής ποιότητας αποτέλεσμα, το οποίονα καθαρίζει τα εργαλεία και να τα προετοιμάζει για συσκευασία και αποστείρωση.

Η αποτελεσματικότητα των συσκευών υπερήχων πρέπει κατά καιρούς να ελέγχεται με την τεχνική της αιωρούμενης κουρτίνας από αλουμινόχαρτο. Αν μετά τη δεκάλεπτη λειτουργία των υπερήχων, διαβρωθεί και καταστεί μικροπορώδης, αυτό είναι δηλωτικό της πλήρους και αποτελεσματικής λειτουργίας της συσκευής. Μεγάλος αριθμός διαλυμάτων προτείνεται για χρήση στις συσκευές υπερήχων, όπως διάφορες προπανόλες, υπεροξείδιο του καλίου, αλδευδούχα σκευάσματα, σκευάσματα τεταρτοταγούς αμμωνίου και ποικίλα ενζυμικά διαλύματα. Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση, όμως, για ένα ποιοτικό αποτέλεσμα είναι η σωστή λειτουργία της συσκευής, η ορθή τοποθέτηση (αιώρηση) των εργαλείων στο διάλυμα και τέλος, η κατασκευή του κάδου από καλής ποιότητας ανοξείδωτο κράμα.
Επισημαίνεται ότι, η παραμονή των εργαλείων στους υπερήχους πρέπει να διαρκεί όσο χρόνο προτείνουν οι κατασκευαστές. Επίσης, δεν επιτρέπεται η συνύπαρξη εργαλείων ή μικροεργαλείων κατασκευασμένων από διαφορετικά κράματα, καθώς αυτά προκαλούν εντονότατα το φαινόμενο της γαλβανικής διάβρωσης και κατʼ επέκταση την οξείδωση των ασθενέστερων από αυτά, ενώ παράλληλα προσβάλλουν το συγκολλητικό μέσο στις εγγλυφίδες αδαμαντόσκονης, με αποτέλεσμα την απώλεια των κόκκων από την κεφαλή των εγγλυφίδων. Πολλές φορές, κάποιες εγγλυφίδες έχουν λειτουργήσει σε μικτές επιφάνειες, όπου συνυπάρχουν οδοντικοί ιστοί και πολυμερή υλικά ή μόνο πολυμερή υλικά (πρότυπα ψευδοκολοβωμάτων). Ο μη σωστός καιονισμός των εγγλυφίδων, κατά τη φάση της αποκοπής πολυμερων υλικών, προκαλεί υπερθέρμανση και καθήλωση των υλικών αυτών μέσα τους κόκκους ή τα πτερύγια των εγγλυφίδων.
Η καθήλωση αυτή είναι τόσο ισχυρή που δεν επιτρέπει την απομάκρυνση των πολυμερών υλικών μέσω των συσκευών υπερήχων ενώ παράλληλα, η εμβύθιση των εγγλυφίδων σε οργανικούς διαλύτες μπορεί να προσβάλλει τη μεσόφαση κόκκων διαμαντιού με το συγκολλητικό μέσο.Στην περίπτωση αυτή, υπάρχει η δυνατότητα καθαρισμού των εγγλυφίδων μηχανικά, με τη χρησιμοποίηση ειδικών ακονόλιθων (burrcleansingblocks), οι οποίοι, κατά την περιστροφήτης εγγλυφίδας, αποτρίβουν το επικολλημένο πολυμερές και απελευθερώνουν του κόκκους από τις επικαθήσεις.
Ελάχιστα εργαλεία δεν επιτρέπεται να τοποθετηθούν στους υπερήχους, όπως π.χ. οι περισσότερες χειρολαβές υψηλών αλλά και χαμηλών ταχυτήτων, για τις οποίες προτείνονται διατάξεις μηχανικού καθαρισμού και λίπανσης σε λειτουργία, που εγγυώνται ένα ποιοτικό αποτέλεσμα. Οι συσκευές αυτές καταιωνίζουν την εξωτερική επιφάνεια της χειρολαβής με ένα ισχυρό ρεύμα θερμού υδατικού διαλύματος, το οποίο παράλληλα αναρροφάται με τη βοήθεια ενσωματωμένης ισχυρής αναρρόφησης.
Κάποιες άλλες συσκευές λειτουργούν με την εκτόξευση λεπτού νέφους απολυμαντικού διαλύματος πάνω στις επιφάνειες των χειρολαβών, οι οποίες περιστρέφονται αργά, καθαρίζονται και λιπαίνονται στο εσωτερικό τους με την έγχυση αναλόγων καθαριστικών και λιπαντικών υλικών. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του κύκλου του καθαρισμού στους υπερήχους, τα εργαλεία πρέπει να μεταφερθούν σε πλυντήρια, όπου, με τη βοήθεια κατάλληλων απορρυπαντικών, θα ολοκληρωθεί ο καθαρισμός τους και θα είναι πλέον απαλλαγμένα σχεδόν από το σύνολο των παθογόνων μικροοργανισμών. Οι εταιρείες παραγωγής των ενζυμικών διαλυμάτων ισχυρίζονται ότι ο κύκλος της μηχανικής πλύσης των εργαλείων δεν είναι απαραίτητος, εφόσον τα εργαλεία υπέστησαν καθαρισμό με υπερήχους σε ενζυμικά διαλύματα και στη συνέχεια ξεπλύθηκαν με άφθονο νερό δικτύου ή απιονισμένο.
Παρʼ όλα αυτά και μέχρι την απόλυτη τεκμηρίωση της ορθότητας παρόμοιων απόψεων, κρίνεται απαραίτητη η τοποθέτηση των εργαλείων στα πλυντήρια και η τελειοποίηση του μηχανικού καθαρισμού τους. Τα πλυντήρια των εργαλείων προσφέρουν μεγάλο φάσμα προγραμμάτων, επιλογών και δυνατοτήτων. Από πλευράς δυνατοτήτων, διαθέτουν προγράμματα για τον καθαρισμό μεταλλικών εργαλείων, υάλινων σκευών, μεταλλικών σκευών, ενδοσκοπικών εργαλείων και χειρουργικών/επεμβατικών διατάξεων. Από πλευράς επιλογών και προγραμμάτων, είναι ικανά να λειτουργήσουν σε διαφορετικές θερμοκρασίες από τους 30-93 °C, για ποικίλα χρονικά διαστήματα, με ή χωρίς πρόπλυση, με νερό δικτύου ή αφαλατωμένο και απιονισμένο, με ποικιλία απορρυπαντικών και στιλβωτικών υλικών, με προγράμματα στεγνώματος και στίλβωσης των εργαλείων.Προκειμένου να επιτύχουν το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα, πολλές συσκευές απαιτούν ειδική επεξεργασία του νερού πριν από την έναρξη της πλύσης και παράλληλα, απαιτούν τη χρήση ειδικών απορρυπαντικών και τρο-ποποιητικών οξύτητας προκειμένου να απαλλάξουν τα εργαλεία από τον οργανικό ρύπο, τις οξειδώσεις, αλλά και να αποφύγουν την καθήλωση αλάτων στην επιφάνειά τους. Οι απαραίτητες δόσεις απορρυπαντικών, τροπο-ποιητικών οξύτητας και στιλβωτικών αντλούνται προγραμματισμένα από τις προαναφερθείσες συσκευές, από ειδικά δοχεία στα οποία εμβυθίζονται κατάλληλοι σωληνίσκοι και δεν απαιτούν την ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση, που πιθανά να αλλοίωνε τις απαραίτητες δοσολογίες.Μετά από ένα σωστό κύκλο πλύσης τα μεταλλικά εργαλεία πρέπει να είναι στιλπνά, χωρίς κηλίδες και επικαθήσεις. Αν παρατηρηθούν υποκίτρινες κηλίδες στα εργαλεία, σημαίνει ότι υπάρχουν χημικά κατάλοιπα (απορρυπαντικά), καθηλωμένα πάνω σε αυτά, και άρα δεν έχει γίνει σωστή έκπλυση των εργαλείων κατά την τελευταία φάση της πλύσης. Αντίθετα, αν διαπιστωθεί η παρουσία λευκών κηλίδων, σημαίνει ότι το πρόγραμμα λειτούργησε με εξαιρετικά σκληρό νερό ή ότι υπάρχουν ίχνη απορρυπαντικού και δεν έχει γίνει σωστή στίλ-βωση και στέγνωμα.
