The Aoyue 853A+ Preheater works with a fast heating element Quartz IR (Infrared) which is easily and continuously adjustable.The gentle and uniform heating prevents the printed circuit board from being distorted, overheated or damaged. A large digital display with its display options allows you to monitor the selected settings.
The pre-heating system with a total heat output of 500 Watt and an adjustable temperature range from 80°C to 380°C provides all that is necessary for working on the pc boards or reapairing them. Accurate temperature values can be measured any time with the help of the external dual temperature sensor.
Time and temperature settings can be saved and then run as automated programmes due to the user-defined profile. Additionally the preheating system offers three predifined rework-programms (time / temperature control) to suit different applications.
Almost all circuit boards can be safely fixed and worked on due to the integrated board holder. This flexible system allows the user to fix triangular and round boards without difficulties.
