Έρχεται με όλες τις λειτουργίες του SE-Tool 2/3 και με επιπλέον νέα χαρακτηριστικά, όπως υποστήριξη για K750 και W800 υποστήριξη, F500C, K300i, F500i, U8110, U8120 και η Sharp τηλέφωνα. Είναι ο μόνος εξοπλισμός που υποστηρίζουν όλα τα τηλέφωνα CD49 για να ξεκλειδώσετε, χωρίς φλας TestPoints.
